Q. How safe are OLOLA colored contacts? (CE,KGMP and ISO & KFDA approved)
Your safety is our top priority. All OLOLA lenses are made in Korea and certified by KFDA, ISO, CE, and KGMP.
We’ve specialized in colored lenses for over 10 years and carefully monitor product quality and customer feedback. Thousands of positive reviews on Instagram, Google, and Facebook prove our commitment to safety and quality.
Our lenses are as safe as clear contacts when used with proper hygiene—like clean hands, regular disinfection, and no overnight wear. Each pair comes in a sealed, sterile saline pack for safe and comfortable use.
Q. Do colored contacts damage my eyesight?
Colored contacts won’t harm your eyes if you use them properly. This means washing your hands before handling lenses, cleaning and disinfecting them daily, storing them correctly, avoiding wearing them too long or overnight, and never sharing lenses with others. Our lenses meet the same safety standards as regular contacts. If you experience any discomfort, please consult an eye doctor.
Q. Are your lenses reusable?
Yes, our lenses can be reused, but the usage period depends on the type of product (daily, monthly, yearly). Please check product description or contact us if unsure!
Q. What should I do if I tear a lens?
If your lens tears, remove it immediately and check that no pieces remain in your eye. If discomfort continues, visit an eye doctor. Never reuse a torn lens, and always handle your lenses carefully!
Q. Is it safe to wear lenses every day?
We recommend not to wear your lenses for more than 6 hours at a time, and it’s best not to wear them every day. Colored contacts are designed mainly for cosmetic purposes and aren’t meant to replace your regular clear lenses.
Q. Can I sleep in my contacts?
Sleeping with regular contact lenses is very harmful to your eye health and increases the risk of infection. Always remove your lenses before sleeping. Unless you have special lenses designed for overnight wear, avoid sleeping with contacts in.
Q. What age is safe to start wearingcolored contacts?
There’s no set age for wearing contact lenses. On average, many eye doctors recommend starting between ages 11 and 13.
Make sure you know how to wear and care for lenses, and always listen to your eye doctor’s advice.
Q. Can I wear prescription glasses overnon-prescription colored contacts?
Yes, wearing prescription glasses over non-prescription colored contacts is safe. It’s a great way to enjoy both vision correction and style. Just be sure to keep your lenses clean and take care of your eye health.

All OLOLA lenses are made in Korea. We produce our products in Korea to ensure high quality and safety for our customers.

Q. Are the lenses shipped directly from South Korea?
Yes, all orders are processed and shipped from South Korea.
Q. Are there any countries you do not ship to?
Yes, we cannot ship to the following countries due to shipping restrictions:
Iran, Cuba, Syria, Sudan, Myanmar (Burma), Central African Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Falkland Islands, Guinea-Bissau, Johnston Island, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Saint Pierre and Miquelon, Sao Tome and Principe, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helena, Tokelau, Tuvalu, Wake Island, Yemen.
Order
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, kindly please inform us immediately. Worth to note that, not full payment will be refunded, 10% administration fees of your amount purchased will be imposed.
What if my delivery address is wrong?
Please double-check your delivery address when entering your order information, as it's important for ensuring successful delivery. If you notice any errors after placing your order, please contact us right away at olola.official12@gmail.com so we can assist with corrections.
Once an order is processed and shipped, we're unable to redirect it to a different address. If the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to us after a failed delivery attempt. We will notify you via email upon its return, and you can then choose to have the package reshipped to the correct address at your expense or request a refund according to our policy.
