How to Join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

    ※ Contacts will not be inspected for returns if for the following reasons:
    - Contacts slightly moving around or not following your iris (This condition might be caused by dryness and/or contact size not fitting your eye)
    - Mild discomfort and dryness
    - Change of mind
    - Contacts ripped due to rough handling
    - Incorrect shipping address
    - Unidentifiable recipient
    - Unpaid taxes and duties

Returns & Exchanges

Exchange & Refund Policy

※ Items must be in original condition.(unopened, unused)

※ Shipping Fee is customer's charge.

※ There is a cancellation fee for refunds.

※ If you receive a different item or quantity from your order, Initial defect, and damage, please send an e-mail to our customer center.

    (It should be sent to the state of the new product capable of resale.)

※ In the case of wrong delivery and product defects, please contact us by email.

※ Please contact the shipping company for the product lost during delivery.

※ Any product returns caused by the customer will not be re-shipped.

  (incorrect shipping address, unidentifiable recipient, unpaid taxes and duties and etc)


How to Exchange & Refund

※ Please proceed with the exchange and return procedure according to the customer center.

1.Sending request email to customer center is prerequisite for exchanges or refunds within 7 days since you get the item.

※ Any return made without the agreement and confirmation with our customer center will not be acceptable and not-refundable.

Refunds

Exchange & Refund Info

※ Products sent by customers will be checked in the warehouse.

   If there is no problem with the product, the exchange or refund will be processed within two weeks.

※ Paid by Card

-The card cancellation may vary in date depending on the credit card company's circumstances.

-Even if the credit card payment is paid, the cancellation will be deducted from the next claim.

-Payment amount and cancellation amount may differ depending on the exchange rate and card fee.

-Please contact the card company for more information.


 

Other

※ About points

- Depending on the member rank, 1% or more will be given as points from the total price of the product (tax included).

- It can be used as [1 point = 1 dollar] when purchasing the product.

- The points accumulated by purchasing the item will expire at the time of order cancellation/refund.

- Points will also be automatically revoked when you leave the shop.


* It can be used for one year after the last order.

* Please note that points will expire after more than one year.

* We will give it to you 14 days after the shipment of the item is completed.

* Please note that it may not be used in combination with other coupons.
